View all local and remote branch

git Branch -a

Checkout remote branch

git Checkout -b localserverfix origin/remoteserverfix

Push local branches to remote branch

git PUSH origin localserverfix:remoteserverfix

Delete remote branch

git PUSH origin:remoteserverfix
